I once ordered a whiskey sour and was pleasantly surprised when the bartender made it with an egg yolk, which is apparently the proper way. It showed their passion and skill. The food at The Grande Hotel is exceptional. The butternut squash appetizer is the best you'll ever have. Additionally, the beef and chicken dishes are seasoned to perfection, and very tender and juicy.
