The Simple Wedding Planning Podcast
This year I noticed during consultation calls that I was constantly giving tips here and there to brides. I’m no wedding planner but over the years I have noticed a few things and started giving tips that I think many found were valuable. During the marvelous quarantine due to COVID 19, I tried making some wedding planning tip style videos to share this information with the world. Although this worked It was difficult to be consistent as video editing takes a lot of time to do and I figured that youtube may not be every bride’s cup of tea.
Then it hit me! I should make a podcast and here we are! I decided to go with a podcast because I figured its accessible anywhere and possibly at any time. Wedding planning is not necessarily simple but the purpose of this podcast is to ease a bit of the stress that comes with wedding planning. You can find The Simple Wedding Podcast on Spotify, Stitcher, and Apple Podcast. Be sure to leave a comment or review and let me know what you think and what you’d like to see in the near future.
Join us on our first episode as we go on a deep dive talking about documenting what matters at your wedding. In this episode I try to hit home why having a wedding videographer or photographer is essential. Spoiler alert it may not be for the reasons that you think I would mention. This episode hits home for me as I share a personal story and one that has stuck with me till this day. Your wedding is one of the few days in your life where all your family members will come together dressed there best. Your wedding photos will of course feature you and your partner but what about grandma, mom and dad.
Good quality photos are essential to make sure that your memories stand the test of times. Cell phones are advanced but they technology is still not there to produce high quality prints or video that will last you years. After your wedding has gone most of the minor details you may not remember and the only thing you will have left other than your dress and that wedding cake that sits in your freezer is your wedding video and photos.
