I’ll be the first to admit that I am not the most organized when it comes to sending emails or documents on time to clients. Thank God for HoneyBook because this app keeps me in check and on point. I wanted to do a review but also a general overview of HoneyBook so that you can hear about the great features but also see the software in-depth and get an idea of how it could work for you. I recommend HoneyBook to anybody that’s running a small business looking for a good platform to manage all client-related interactions. This is a great platform to process emails, payments, and contracts for clients. The ability to brand everything creates a great experience for customers that is priceless.

HoneyBook allows you to have templates for pretty much anything you can think of. Templated emails, signatures, contracts, brochures (my favorite), and even a contact form that you can embed on your website that leads back to HoneyBook. You can also integrate your quick books account to have your income reflect in your tax documents. There’s a lot to touch on when it comes to HoneyBook but essentially its the main hub that makes many aspects of your client interaction easy to do.

HoneyBook also has an automated email system that you can apply to each client sending them tips and informative information that goes out automatically leading up to the wedding. HoneyBook, in short, is like your own personal assistant. In this line of work the biggest rule of thumb when it comes to weddings is whoever replies first will get the wedding. HoneyBook makes it easy to send that magical curated email with your brand and a super fancy brochure that will make you stand out from the rest. After using HoneyBook it has now become an essential tool in running my business.
